VTB League Promo-Cup. BC "Azovmash" from Mariupol defeated "Prokom".
"Азовмаш" - "Проком" 88:57(22:14, 21:20, 33:8, 12:15) The BC "Azovmash" basketball players showed a more substantial game during the match against the Champion of Poland than during the game with «Khimki» from Moscow. "Prokom" which plays in the EuroLeague - ULEB yet kept shadowy chances for success during the first part of the game. But the Polish team was totally defeated already in the third quarter. Rimas Girskis' team played excellent in defence and the "Azovmash" players were irrepressible in offence. The Mariupol players did not slow down untill the last seconds of the game, finishing the it with a confident victory.
